Mutton/lamb curry with samp and beans


1 kg lamb or mutton cut into pieces.

1 large onion cut finely. 

2 large tomatoes grated.

2 heaped tablespoons ground ginger and garlic

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon mixed seeds

3 heaped tablespoons Noble Flavours Poona Masala

1/2 teaspoon turmeric 

Curry leaves

1 tablespoon Noble Flavours mutton booster 

4 tablespoons oil

2 canned samp and beans


Method

*In a pot add the oil, Mixed seeds, onions, and curry leaves cook until the onions are soft.

*Add the masala, mutton booster and salt.

*Add about 150 ml water and let this cook until the oil show.

*Add meat and let this cook until the meat is tender. 

*Add the grated tomatoes and let it cook on medium for about 15 minutes. 

*Add the canned samp and beans cook for another 10 minutes. 

*Add chopped coriander/dhania to garnish.
